In the end, it took only 30 days. When an electrical contractor on a massive data center project was tasked with landing cables in lugs requiring a specific tang width and barrel length, no manufacturer in the industry could supply the out-of-the-ordinary connector. With the deadline looming, calls went out to top distributors—but only one had a pathway to the solution. They turned to manufacturer’s rep Griesser Sales in Ohio, who quickly brought the challenge to Greaves. The race was on.
